Key Responsibilities

•Lead oversight of the risk and control portfolio related to the services CCO CTO Data Technology provides to the Group
•Act as trusted advisor to senior management by managing operational risk, including risk assessments, control environment, issues management and audits
•Promote accountable risk and control decision-making based on data and analysis, and challenge inefficient controls
•Provide specialist risk and control knowledge to continuously improve the control environment and monitoring of risk
•Advise on designing processes and controls in a commercially viable, practical and effective manner across multi-faceted geographies and functions

Key Requirements

•5+ years hands-on experience with data, technology and cyber control capabilities, preferably in a data platform environment or 1/2/3LOD control management function
•5+ years of hands-on experience in management of operational risk, non-financial risk and/or technology & cyber risk
•Experience across Data, IT, Operations, Risk Management, and/or Audit roles requiring management of diverse risk types is desirable
•Ability to work independently with limited supervision and present complex issues concisely to senior partners using non-technical language
•Strong communication skills to influence and challenge stakeholders and ability to manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment
