Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and review test cases for complex tax content configurations, including rules, codes, rates, and jurisdiction logic.
  • •Create test strategy, test plan, and overall approach based on the program, including test estimation and resource planning.
  • •Manage test execution and reporting (daily, weekly, and closure reports) while handling defect management.
  • •Run and participate in Agile ceremonies and manage stakeholder communication and status updates.
  • •Onboard and train new team members on Salesforce and lead/manage a 10+ member QA team.

Key Requirements

  • •Overall 6+ years of testing experience with strong functional knowledge of Vertex (Sites, Forms, Assets, DAM, Workflows, Templates, Components).
  • •3+ years of relevant QA experience on a Vertex Tax Engine and 3+ years as a Test Lead with Agile working knowledge.
  • •Experience leading and managing a 10+ member QA team and supporting career development for direct reports.
  • •Strong knowledge of test management, test strategy, testing methodologies, and test case design/reviews with defect management.
  • •Hands-on Azure DevOps experience preferred, plus strong stakeholder communication and mandatory verbal/written communication skills.
