CSR/Teller - Washington Village (Indianapolis, IN) - Full Time

Provide excellent customer service by listening to customer needs, answering questions, and guiding customers to appropriate financial solutions. You’ll handle consumer and business issues professionally, maintain confidentiality, follow policies and ethics, and perform daily office responsibilities including balancing cash records. During customer interactions and outreach, identify needs and refer customers to bankers and business partners using the proper tracking tools to support a positive customer experience.
