Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with team leader/project manager and customer to understand on-site installation and repair requirements, forecasting issues, gathering materials, and synchronizing work.
  • •Serve as the direct customer contact and responsible for products/equipment on assigned projects, diagnosing and repairing systems to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • •Diagnose and repair HVAC units using cutting-edge software/technology and hand tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications.
  • •Maintain flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed, including occasional overnight stays.
  • •Enforce safety standards and maintain security/accountability of company-issued and procured assets by recording use, wear, and conditions.

Key Requirements
