Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer and oversee physical and logical infrastructure operations within MBU data centers, including IT system update programs and infrastructure health reporting.
  • •Gather, analyze, and assess current and future infrastructure landscapes and develop budget projections aligned to short- and long-term goals.
  • •Coordinate infrastructure impacts into the evaluation, selection, installation, and configuration of hardware, applications, and software.
  • •Maintain a knowledge base (reference library, service catalog, disaster recovery manual), manage infrastructure projects, and review audit trails, system logs, and monitoring data.
  • •Provide top-tier end-user support: troubleshoot with business users, ensure documentation/closure on incidents/changes, and support security testing and remediation efforts.

Key Requirements
