Contingent Workforce Governance Lead

Lead governance for Adobe’s contingent workforce strategy in San Jose, building and maintaining a comprehensive risk framework across compliance, co-employment, worker classification, supplier risk, and data/privacy. Conduct global risk assessments, ensure labor-law and co-employment compliance, partner with Legal on standardized contractor agreements, and implement controls. Track KRIs and dashboards, investigate and resolve risk incidents, and educate collaborators to drive a culture of compliance.
