Key Responsibilities

•Lead the implementation and support of robust LAN, WAN, Data Centre, and SDN/SD-WAN solutions.
•Support Low-Level Designs (LLD) and technical solution proposals to customers.
•Engage directly with customers to understand requirements and manage technical calls.
•Support project delivery, ensuring successful implementation, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.
•Define and enforce network documentation standards, maintaining a comprehensive engineering document library.

Key Requirements

•Ten or more years of hands-on experience in network implementation, support, and operations.
•Proven experience leading projects and operations for customer environments.
•Strong fundamentals in Routing & Switching (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, STP, RSTP, MSTP, VTP, EtherChannel, HSRP, VRRP, VSS, VPC, VDC, FEX, Fabric Path).
•Hands-on experience architecting and delivering solutions on: Strong base of Routing & Switching; Velo-Cloud SDWAN; Aruba ClearPass; Cisco ISE, DNAC.
•Certification Requirements: CCNA, CCNP or equivalent; Azure AZ-700, AWS ANS-C01 or equivalent is good to have.
