Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct QA/QC across enterprise network activities, including requirements, design, documentation, integration, and verification/validation.
  • •Define and implement network quality program measures and ensure projects and process control documentation meet contractual requirements.
  • •Develop and publish test plans for complex multi-tier distributed applications across the full lifecycle, including functional, regression, load, and system testing.
  • •Develop automated testing systems using commercial tools and datasets; resolve defects with developers/engineers and ensure appropriate testing coverage.
  • •Ensure all components and network devices are STIG'd; monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain records of configurations, test results, incidents, and corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •High School with 10+ years (or commensurate experience).
  • •Secret clearance required.
  • •DoD 8140 Level II certification (Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, CySA+, or CND).
  • •Network performance monitoring experience.
  • •Knowledge of Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs), plus Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Actions (RCCA) and NDT methods.
