Job Summary

Lead ICT risk management within SEB’s Baltic banks by identifying, evaluating, and mitigating ICT risks to protect the security and continuity of IT operations. Develop ICT risk scenarios and controls, manage business continuity within ICT, and continuously monitor and report the aggregated ICT risk profile. Provide guidance on ICT regulatory and compliance topics, align standards with internal and external partners, and lead a team of three to deliver ICT risk objectives.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead ICT risk management by identifying, evaluating, and mitigating ICT risks to ensure security and continuity of ICT operations.
•Develop and maintain ICT risk scenarios, set ICT controls, and manage business continuity within the ICT domain.
•Monitor the ICT risk profile by continuously tracking and reporting aggregated risk levels to relevant management.
•Provide expertise and guidance on ICT-related regulatory and compliance matters.
•Lead and develop the team of three by setting priorities, driving accountability, and supporting performance to deliver ICT risk objectives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 4,550 - 6,850 monthly

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in ICT risk management and technology, ideally within financial institutions or other regulated industries.
•Strong competence in risk management, IT service management, information security, and business continuity management.
•Solid understanding of European regulations for ICT risk and information security management.
•Proven ability to drive and manage risk management processes across the organization.
•Excellent stakeholder management skills, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation abilities; fluency in English is required.
