Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement end-to-end analytics solutions aligned to business objectives across multiple regions and operational domains.
  • •Lead analytical projects and statistical models, including project design, data collection, database design, analysis, and presentation of results.
  • •Translate unstructured business problems into actionable analytics and conceptualize solutions as a SME/consultant for multiple businesses/regions.
  • •Manage the lifecycle of analytics models in production, including deployment, monitoring, and recalibration.
  • •Ensure advanced data management and governance practices, and adherence to compliance policies and internal controls (including audit recommendations and regulatory guidelines).

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8+ years of proven track record in analytics (or equivalent), with strong programming knowledge of SAS, SQL, and Python.
  • •Deep expertise designing and implementing end-to-end analytical solutions with measurable business impact across operational domains (fraud, collections, underwriting, credit bureau).
  • •Strong programming skills in at least two of: SAS, Python, R, SQL, Java (Spring Boot), ReactJS, Tableau, Qlik, Looker, Power BI (or similar platforms).
  • •Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) and/or big data ecosystems (e.g., Hadoop).
  • •Experience leading selection, development, and deployment of advanced statistical and machine learning models (e.g., deep learning, reinforcement learning, advanced NLP).
