Field Engineer

Install, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot Pronto’s autonomous technology on heavy equipment at a mining site in Saudi Arabia. Own on-site deployments of sensor systems, DBW kits, power integration, and vehicle interfaces, including peripheral hardware setup and validation testing. Perform scheduled maintenance, diagnose hardware/software/connectivity issues, and minimize downtime using logs and diagnostics. Serve as the customer-facing point of contact, provide basic training, and document service activity in ticketing/CRM tools.
