Execute frontline fraud prevention checks by monitoring fraud alerts 24/7, triaging and escalating high-severity cases, and performing transaction reviews to identify and mitigate fraud risk in real time. Lead fraud investigations through evidence gathering, documentation, and reports, and conduct root-cause analyses with lessons learned. Serve as a subject matter expert for detection and response, including employee screening, whistleblowing handling, and fraud reporting.

•Conduct 24/7 monitoring of fraud alerts; triage and immediately escalate high-severity cases.
•Perform transaction review, validation, and exception analysis to mitigate fraud risk in real time.
•Conduct fraud investigations including evidence gathering, case documentation, and investigation report preparation.
•Perform root cause analysis for investigated cases and contribute to lessons-learned documentation.
•Maintain fraud case management, evidence chain of custody, and produce daily/weekly/monthly fraud detection reports identifying trends and typologies.
