Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate environmental inputs to EIA screening and scoping, and prepare/review environmental assessments and Environmental Statements and supporting documents.
  • •Conduct technical review of specialist chapters and help ensure deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
  • •Support project management by coordinating resources and budgets as applicable across the project life cycle.
  • •Identify environmental constraints and propose impact avoidance and mitigation solutions, including opportunities to deliver benefits.
  • •Engage directly with clients and internal supply teams, and support business development/fee and technical proposal development.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in a relevant environmental discipline (preferably a Masters degree) and an appropriate professional membership.
  • •EIA consultancy experience, including coordinating environmental report preparation and reviewing specialist chapters.
  • •Developing understanding of relevant consenting regimes.
  • •Ability to collaborate as part of an established team, coordinating inputs from specialist technical teams.
  • •Efficient verbal and report writing skills, with confidence engaging with a wide variety of stakeholder groups.
