Job Summary

Contribute to the GBAM Ops Tax & Control team delivering high-quality tax operations for Global Banking and Markets. You will perform BAU tax operations, support process documentation and control building with SMEs, and handle testing/validation for system conversions. The role includes creating MIS reports on exceptions and risks, coordinating OpEx initiatives, and communicating technology enhancements and deployment impacts to leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform tax operations tasks as part of BAU delivery.
•Work with SMEs on knowledge transfer, process documentation, and building controls for smooth BAU delivery.
•Support ad-hoc testing and validation activities during system conversions.
•Create and publish MIS reports to stakeholders, identify risks, and drive improvements.
•Act as project coordinator for OpEx initiatives and communicate upcoming technology changes and deployment impacts to leadership.

Key Requirements

•Graduate in finance/related field.
•2-4 years of experience in operations delivery.
•Experience in US/International Tax Operations.
•Tax documentation experience including W8/W9/FATCA/CRS forms and validation against regulatory requirements.
•Withholding and remittance experience and tax reporting (1099 and 1042-S), with strong attention to detail and procedure focus.
