Job Summary

Provide end-to-end analytical research support for process chemistry and development activities, translating scientific ideas into experiments and validated analytical methods. Operate and troubleshoot instrumentation such as GC, LC/HPLC, NMR, MS, and IR, ensuring data integrity. Document and communicate results through technical reports, while contributing analytical content to regulatory documentation, technical packages, and patent disclosures. Work in full compliance with SHEQ and SOP requirements to drive measurable impact in manufacturing and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide end-to-end analytical support for process chemistry and development activities, ensuring timely, accurate, high-quality results.
•Identify, evaluate, and translate scientific ideas into proposals, experiments, and project plans.
•Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot analytical instrumentation to ensure readiness and data integrity.
•Develop, optimize, and validate analytical methods (spectroscopic and chromatographic) to support process development and manufacturing.
•Document and communicate results via technical reports, and contribute analytical content to regulatory documentation, technical packages, and patent disclosures as needed.

Key Requirements

•M.Sc. (or above) in Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related discipline.
•5+ years of hands-on experience in analytical chemistry supporting small-molecule process development and/or manufacturing, including method development and validation/verification.
•Strong expertise in chromatography and spectroscopy, including MS and IR operation and data interpretation, with high-resolution MS and MS/MS fragmentation experience preferred.
•Ability to independently plan experiments, solve complex analytical problems, and deliver actionable conclusions.
•Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly; fluent written and spoken English.
