Key Responsibilities

•Design and develop mechanical hardware for radar, support equipment and electronics for military programs across the full product lifecycle.
•Lead small teams with strong mechanical hardware design expertise in a fast-paced environment, focusing on ruggedized structures and interconnects.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and develop effective design solutions.
•Mentor less experienced engineers and contribute to team development and technical growth.
•Participate in design reviews and conduct trade studies to support informed engineering decisions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 86,800 - 165,200 annually

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
•Experience in the creation, review and interpretation of technical documentation utilized in the development or production of hardware or tooling products.
•Experience in mechanical design, advanced design development, manufacturing or tooling processes, or related areas.
•Experience in the development, creation, release, or updates of engineering drawings utilizing a 3D CAD design tool.
•Willingness to travel (domestic and international).
