Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare cost estimates, cost plans, and budgets for high-rise residential and mixed-use developments.
  • •Provide cost advice on structure, façade, finishing works, and building systems; monitor costs against approved budgets.
  • •Assist with tender documentation for key trade packages and support quotation comparison and basic cost evaluation.
  • •Support post-contract cost management for variations, change orders, and cost adjustments; review contractor claims and progress payments.
  • •Prepare monthly cost reports, track cash flow and construction progress against budget, and highlight cost issues/risks to the project team.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • •Professional accreditation (e.g. MRICS or equivalent) is highly preferred.
  • •5–10 years of experience in cost management / commercial roles.
  • •Proven experience delivering office fit-out/corporate workplace projects, industrial/textile manufacturing facilities, and residential developments.
  • •Experience in a cost consultancy or client advisory environment and strong exposure to multi-package procurement and fast-track delivery.
