Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct planning, operations, and administration of corporate and international accounting functions within a shared services environment.
  • •Ensure timely and accurate monthly close processes for global entities in accordance with US GAAP, maintaining statutory financials and audit practices.
  • •Maintain effective internal controls and ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable international and local regulatory laws for financial and tax reporting.
  • •Ensure SOX compliance by updating documentation, adhering to internal control requirements, and providing recommendations as appropriate.
  • •Benchmark and improve COE operational outcomes by driving measurable process improvements and leveraging automation/AI-enabled solutions; contribute to global strategic initiatives and audit coordination.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CA preferred.
  • •15+ years of experience in finance, accounting, and reporting.
  • •Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and local country accounting standards and audit practices.
  • •10+ years in leadership capability and/or in a matrix organization.
  • •Experience with automation projects, LEAN, or RPA and 10+ years with SAP ERP (including automating processes within SAP S/4).
