Provide timely, accurate client transaction processing while delivering a consistently high service experience. Educate customers on digital, self-service banking solutions (including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking) and support sales efforts through outbound calling and client outreach. Use Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) routines to identify needs, solve problems, and refer clients or opportunities to the right branch teams or specialists, while maintaining internal controls and risk policies.
