Job Summary

Support Sales and customers with clinical activities for ZOLL Itamar’s home sleep apnea testing platform. Develop and maintain account relationships alongside Regional Sales Managers, delivering the clinical value proposition through pre-sales support, demonstrations, and post-sale implementation including training and project management. Serve as a clinical subject-matter expert for healthcare providers, deliver clinical presentations, stay current on sleep/cardio trends, and manage CRM activities in Salesforce while traveling to meet clients.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and account managers to maximize coverage efficiency and coordinate customer evaluations and demonstrations.
•Provide pre-sales account support including lead generation using customer intelligence and other networking methods.
•Lead post-sale account implementation through training and project management responsibilities.
•Serve as the clinical subject-matter expert for healthcare provider facilities and staff.
•Travel to meet existing and potential clients to identify clinical needs and demonstrate how products support patient goals.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 105,000 - 120,000 annually

Key Requirements

•BA/BS degree in cardiovascular, life sciences, biomedical engineering, exercise physiology, or nursing preferred.
•Completion of an accredited program/degree in respiratory care preferred.
•3+ years of work experience in a medical device or related field, with sleep preferred.
•Hospital/clinic-based support preferred.
•2+ years minimum of CRM or Salesforce experience.
