Key Responsibilities

  • •Shape the roadmap by working directly with the founders, synthesizing customer insights to guide prioritization.
  • •Contribute to defining Newton’s culture and operating norms as part of the founding team.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teammates to drive end-to-end delivery on a healthcare operations platform.
  • •Be in-person in San Francisco, CA to contribute to building the initial team, processes, and culture.

Salary: USD 110,000 - 180,000 annually
