Job Summary

Lead and coach a remote outbound sales team to drive acquisition target performance. Own remote inbound and outbound lead management, including qualification, prioritization, and conversion. Oversee end-to-end customer acquisition from lead generation through onboarding and activation, and grow retention revenue via cross-sell and up-sell. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Risk, Pricing, Product, Customer Success, and Client Support to improve sales processes and customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead, coach, and develop a remote outbound sales team to drive performance and acquisition target achievement.
•Define and execute remote sales strategy for inbound and outbound lead management, including qualification, prioritization, and conversion.
•Oversee end-to-end customer acquisition from lead generation and sales execution through onboarding and activation.
•Drive customer retention and revenue growth via cross-sell and up-sell across the existing customer portfolio.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Risk, Pricing, Product, Customer Success, Client Support) to optimize sales processes and customer outcomes.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition, preferably in B2B, payments, financial services, or acquiring environments.
•Proven experience leading, coaching, or coordinating high-performing teams in a target-driven environment.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and improve sales performance.
•Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with fluency in English and German.
•High school diploma or equivalent is required.
