Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Build and research advanced multi-agent systems for an enterprise AI platform, designing memory structures and autonomous learning mechanisms that move from offline model capability to real-world task execution. Optimize agentic workflows for state-of-the-art performance on complex tool-use benchmarks, engineer governance and content-safety guardrails, and develop continuous multi-turn evaluation and failure-analysis pipelines. Work with LLMs, planning algorithms, and advanced evaluation to improve agent reliability and alignment.
