Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with accounting, regulatory reporting, regional controllers, and compliance to deliver compliant, accurate reporting with clear definitions and change management.
  • •Compile and own monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports for North American regulatory authorities and support ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests.
  • •Act as a key finance stakeholder during regulatory examinations and external financial audits, providing clean, verifiable financial data.
  • •Oversee day-to-day financial controls for North American legal entities, analyzing results and ensuring internal controls are executed.
  • •Collaborate with global finance engineering and product teams to optimize financial systems, automated controls, and reporting processes for regional requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 135,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience in financial controlling, financial audit, financial reporting, or management accounting.
  • •Strong accounting foundation with hands-on knowledge of both IFRS and US GAAP.
  • •Experience working with large raw datasets to build data-driven financial reports for complex, transaction-heavy businesses.
  • •Ability to communicate financial reports, data definitions, and requirements to internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Comfort querying and analyzing data directly (SQL experience is a plus).
