Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive new sponsorship revenue by building and managing a qualified pipeline and presenting integrated sponsorship packages across Foundr channels.
  • •Lead sales conversations with senior decision-makers, negotiating and closing sponsorship agreements in line with minimum term policies.
  • •Act as primary point of contact for sponsors, understanding objectives and campaign requirements, and expanding existing accounts.
  • •Coordinate podcast, editorial, events, social, and production teams to deliver contracted elements and track deliverables against contract terms.
  • •Secure renewals and grow account value using performance/ROI insights, including 15–20% renewal price increases and structured renewal conversations.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated experience in sponsorship sales, media sales, strategic partnerships, or integrated marketing solutions, including prospecting, developing, and closing new business.
  • •Experience selling campaigns or partnerships valued at approximately $50K+ (aspiring toward $100K+).
  • •Ability to present proposals and commercial opportunities to senior marketing leaders and executives.
  • •Strong negotiation, relationship management, and account-growth skills.
