Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues with the General/Store Manager, escalating process or system gaps
  • •Support key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery and replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
  • •Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor while coordinating operations with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities
  • •Support a safe work environment through strong stockroom standards and efficiently move between sales floor and back of house to meet business and guest needs

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment
  • •Ability to constantly move in and around all areas of the store
  • •Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds
  • •Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder
