Key Responsibilities

  • •Interact directly with customers to support equipment in their applications and improve performance and customer experience.
  • •Support customers, branches, and the National Sales Director with application knowledge, equipment selection recommendations, and operational excellence.
  • •Further develop positive perception, quality, and application integrity of SMT products delivered to market.
  • •Ensure customer and Epiroc specifications and standards are met within the equipment application.
  • •Educate customers and internal teams on operational features and benefits, and work with sales leadership to promote customer relationships and success.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in exploration drilling and applications, or related education/work equivalent.
  • •Mechanical and/or operational knowledge of SMT products and their applications.
  • •Ability to set up and drill a hole effectively in a core drilling application.
  • •Strong interpersonal skills and abilities, with a proven self-starter approach requiring limited supervision.
  • •Fluency in both French and English.
