Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and maintain backend microservices, optimized database schemas, and interactive frontend application interfaces.
•Own end-to-end delivery of core product modules, from requirement gathering and system design through automated deployment, monitoring, and production support.
•Write clean, extensible, and testable code using OOP concepts and SOLID design principles while maintaining high code quality.
•Partner with Product Managers, UX Designers, and SRE teams to convert product strategies into high-value platform capabilities.
•Tune backend and frontend infrastructure for high availability, multi-tenant fault tolerance, security compliance, and comprehensive observability; resolve performance bottlenecks.
•Drive engineering best practices through thorough code reviews and mentorship of junior-to-mid-level systems engineers.

Key Requirements

•5 to 8 years of progressive experience building and scaling software products in fast-paced product engineering teams.
•Strong full-stack engineering fluency across backend technologies (REST APIs, microservices, caching layers) and modern frontend frameworks.
•Proven ability to design scalable, highly available, fault-tolerant, multi-tenant systems using HLD/LLD.
•Experience designing database schemas and working with distributed storage layers (RDBMS, NoSQL, and queuing systems).
•Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
