Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead financial data science initiatives that enhance performance and manage risk using predictive analytics and machine learning.
  • •Implement predictive models for residual value prediction, credit scoring, delinquency prediction, and collections optimization, delivering at least two successful use cases.
  • •Develop finance KPI metrics and risk dashboards using statistical techniques and data visualization libraries.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or MSc in Financial Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of experience in data science and analytics with a strong focus on finance.
  • •Proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience using Databricks and machine learning libraries including scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
  • •Strong predictive modeling and statistical techniques such as ARIMA, SARIMA, and Prophet.
  • •Hands-on experience with MLOps and Git, plus data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, and Plotly.
