Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with budget preparation and reconciliation, including month-end close.
  • •Order club and kitchen equipment, update required manuals, and manage department email inbox.
  • •Coordinate business partner access within Admirals Clubs and act as backup for various support functions.
  • •Support leadership with vendor management, audit compliance, onboarding, and team engagement; assist with timesheets and bid creation/processing; perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
