Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide environmental, health, safety, and security leadership for site EHS activities, objectives, and performance reporting.
  • •Drive “Zero Incident Safety Culture” and facilitate risk assessments to set targets and objectives based on key hazards.
  • •Ensure plant projects and change/upgrades follow PROLaunch and MESH change management processes, supporting operational excellence capital projects.
  • •Maintain site ISO/OSHAS certification, ensure EHS policies/procedures/systems are implemented and sustained, and build an engagement-driven EHS culture.
  • •Review environmental permits and ensure compliance, reporting, and annual evaluation of compliance with local/state/federal regulations; support training matrices and third-party recognition efforts.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 97,000 - 143,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of one year of supervisor experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Minimum of 4 years or more of experience in Environmental, Health, or Safety in a manufacturing environment (or a combination of those functions).
  • •Understand OSHA/ISO regulations.
  • •Track record improving safety metrics and experience with safety programs.
