Job Summary

Independently apply fertilizer and crop protection products in the field while operating sprayers/airflow equipment safely and accurately. Build relationships with local farmers to understand chemical and fertilizer needs, educate customers on application products and techniques, and support sales by ensuring orders and patron needs are met. Also perform warehouse and general labor tasks, including loading/unloading agricultural inputs, equipment maintenance, and record keeping.

Key Responsibilities

•Independently apply fertilizer and crop protection products using a high clearance sprayer or floater as needed.
•Create relationships with local farmers to learn their chemical and fertilizer needs.
•Operate machinery in the field to load and apply products safely, accurately, and efficiently.
•Work with customers in a courteous/professional manner and educate them on products and techniques.
•Perform warehouse and general labor work, including loading/unloading inputs, equipment inspection/maintenance, and record keeping.
