Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead deployment, configuration, integration, and extension of Presight products and platforms in strategic customer environments to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
  • •Own end-to-end technical delivery from discovery through production rollout within self-organizing, fast-paced teams.
  • •Design and develop extensions, connectors, workflows, prototypes, and reusable implementation components based on customer requirements.
  • •Develop APIs, integrations, data pipelines, and AI-enabled solutions (including LLM workflows and model integrations) and ensure deployed software is secure, reliable, documented, and operationally sustainable.
  • •Troubleshoot complex issues and provide structured feedback to Product and Engineering; develop playbooks/tools to improve delivery efficiency and future deployments.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •7–10 years of software engineering (or forward/solution/implementation engineering) delivering enterprise software in complex, customer-facing environments.
  • •Strong programming experience with Python, Java, Go, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar languages.
  • •Experience developing production-quality software, APIs, integrations, and data pipelines, including distributed applications and enterprise platform deployments.
  • •Ability to build AI-enabled solutions (including LLM workflows and model integrations) and apply secure software development practices.
