Deploy, integrate, and extend AI-powered products within strategic customer environments, owning technical delivery from discovery through production rollout. Build customer-specific extensions like connectors, workflows, and reusable implementation components, while translating business and technical requirements into secure, reliable solutions. Develop APIs, integrations, data pipelines, and LLM workflows, troubleshoot production issues, and convert recurring customer needs into scalable product capabilities. Collaborate across engineering and GTM teams and travel as needed.
