  • •Design and execute reliability and maintenance strategies, including predictive/preventive maintenance, root-cause analysis, and asset health optimization to improve uptime, efficiency, and OEE.
  • •Inspire and develop engineering, reliability, and maintenance teams; close skill gaps and build a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
  • •Serve as technical leader for critical issues, troubleshooting major outages, eliminating recurring failures, and implementing durable solutions.
  • •Identify system-wide improvement opportunities to reduce waste, optimize cost, and standardize maintenance and engineering best practices across facilities.
  • •Lead capital planning and execution and partner with Operations, Food Safety, Quality, and Safety teams to align investments with operational priorities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or related field) plus 8+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •2+ years of experience managing/developing teams or leading projects.
  • •Ability to apply sound engineering principles to operational and design issues.
  • •Project management, contract administration, and national codes/standards interpretation skills.
  • •Proficiency in engineering economics, AutoCAD, and the Microsoft Office suite.
