Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of government contracts, ensuring compliance with FAR, agency supplements, and internal policies.
  • •Negotiate contract modifications, manage SOWs, oversee contract execution tasks (order conversions, pricing verifications, close-outs), and partner on invoicing and payments.
  • •Collaborate with Legal and Deal Strategy to maintain product/pricing catalogs and resolve contract performance issues with agency program managers.
  • •Identify contractual, regulatory, compliance, and financial risks and implement mitigation strategies; evaluate corporate agreements for operational bottlenecks and scalability.
  • •Serve as a subject matter expert by training internal teams on public sector procurement best practices and driving continuous improvements in contracting tools and workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (J.D. or master’s in a related field is a plus).
  • •7–10+ years of combined experience managing government contracts in the public sector or a commercial tech/software entity.
  • •Deep operational knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and commercial item acquisition rules and standard FAR contract types (FFP, T&M, Cost-Plus).
