Job Summary

Join WSP’s Transport & Infrastructure team to plan and design coastal and maritime infrastructure across Australia. You’ll support engineering studies (modelling, design, analysis, reporting, specifications, and contract documentation), lead small to medium projects and manage work packages, and help win work through bid development and client engagement. The role includes developing coastal protection solutions such as breakwaters, seawalls, revetments, and shoreline resilience measures.

Key Responsibilities

•Contribute to planning and design of coastal infrastructure.
•Support delivery of engineering studies including modelling, design, analysis, reporting, specifications, and contract documentation.
•Lead small to medium sized projects independently and manage defined work packages within larger multi-disciplinary projects.
•Implement robust quality control processes and ensure deliverables meet scope, programme, budget, and quality requirements.
•Contribute to work winning, including developing bids, proactive client engagement, and project pricing.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Coastal Engineering.
•Approximately 4+ years’ experience in maritime/coastal engineering.
•Experience planning and designing coastal and marine infrastructure projects.
•Knowledge of engineering standards and best practices.
•Australian citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain an Australian Government security clearance.
