•Deploy, manage, and maintain next-generation firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet FortiGate, Cisco Firepower).
•Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot IPSec VPNs (site-to-site and remote access).
•Manage routing and switching protocols including BGP, OSPF, RIP, VXLAN, STP, and QoS.
•Support VoIP infrastructure (Cisco CUCM, voice gateways, SIP trunks), monitor availability/performance/security events, and respond to incidents in a 24×7 on-call rotation.

•Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) and VoIP infrastructure experience, plus troubleshooting and incident resolution skills.
