Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish AI engineering vision and strategy across agentic AI, generative AI, AI workflow automation, ML engineering, platform, and services tied to measurable business outcomes.
  • •Define and execute the roadmap for autonomous, multi-step agentic AI systems integrating with existing ML and data science platforms.
  • •Architect and govern AI workflow and automation pipelines connecting generative AI, agentic components, and traditional ML into end-to-end business processes.
  • •Lead and develop a 40+ member team responsible for feature engineering, agentic AI and generative AI engineering, ML engineering, automation, and ML Ops.
  • •Partner across Technology and Product to deliver AI/ML services for omni-channel experiences, and collaborate on responsible AI governance covering safety, bias mitigation, explainability, security, and privacy.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in AI engineering, generative AI, or data science/machine learning with agentic AI and AI automation platforms.
  • •Hands-on familiarity with generative AI tools and platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, and Azure OpenAI, plus agentic frameworks like LangChain or AutoGen.
  • •Experience managing, training, and mentoring others, including 5+ years managing direct reports.
  • •Experience designing and deploying AI workflow automation integrating LLMs, APIs, and traditional ML models into business processes.
  • •BA/BS degree required; master’s degree is a plus.
