Production Supervisor

Oversee the day-to-day production operations across multiple departments and shifts, ensuring targets for cost, profit, and output are met. Lead and motivate employee teams, coach and counsel staff, and evaluate performance and training programs. Drive continuous improvement and safety initiatives, manage inventory, and maintain required records while following UFP policies, procedures, and applicable law.
