•Understand business requirements for global payment use cases and translate them into model improvements.
•Optimize large-model performance for tasks like information extraction, intent classification, and tool calling.

•Stay current with the latest LLM research and actively participate in exploration and research of new business directions.
•Develop solutions grounded in a full understanding of business scenarios such as intelligent debt collection, intelligent customer service, and AIOps.

•Strong programming skills in at least one language such as Python or C++.
