Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate operational onboarding for new vendors and ensure compliance with company requirements.
  • •Manage contract routing operations and support consistent contract management.
  • •Support internal stakeholders and triage sourcing requests so they route through the proper process.
  • •Ensure active vendors keep up-to-date documentation, including insurance certificates, NDAs, diversity certifications, and compliance records.
  • •Monitor vendor KPIs/SLAs and design supplier scorecards; perform continuous supplier risk assessments and support contingency planning (e.g., dual-sourcing) and contract renewal/re-sourcing discussions.

Salary: USD 105,000 - 130,000 annually
