Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead technical discussions and presentations with enterprise clients to understand architectural requirements and business needs.
  • •Develop and deliver proof-of-concept projects and custom demos showcasing Kong capabilities in system integration and CI/CD environments.
  • •Provide expert guidance on SRE observability strategies to help customers monitor and optimize API infrastructure.
  • •Utilize Linux, Docker, and Git to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide advanced support.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years in solutions engineering, technical architecture, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
  • •Solid AIOps experience and/or Kafka experience, with strong interest in AI trends and agentic/orchestration tools.
  • •Expertise in API design and API management, including authentication mechanisms such as OAuth, OIDC, and JWT, plus cybersecurity best practices.
  • •Proficiency with Linux, containerization (Docker), and extensive Git experience for collaborative development.
  • •Deep experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools, SRE observability tools/methodologies, and automation/scripting for infrastructure and deployments.
