Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s (6+ years), Master’s (4+ years), or Ph.D. (2+ years) in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • •2+ years hands-on experience with compact modeling for advanced nodes such as FinFET and GAAFET.
  • •Proficiency with commercial simulators (e.g., HSPICE, Spectre) and extraction tools (e.g., ICCAP, MBP).
