•Deliver personalized client service in person and over the phone by answering questions, assisting with issues, and offering solutions.
•Open and maintain consumer and basic business checking/savings accounts, Individual Retirement Accounts, certificates of deposit, consumer credit cards, and more.
•Perform Teller duties including check cashing, deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and accurate currency/coin handling.
•Hold financial conversations to determine needs, may process new consumer loan requests, and identify referrals across lines of business using 360 View.
•Support client relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up, complete work accurately, and stay compliant with applicable regulations and policies.
