Job Summary

Lead and manage transportation planning projects across environmental, multimodal, and long-range studies for state, regional/MPO, local agencies, and transportation authorities. Prepare NEPA technical documentation and environmental constraint/impact analyses, including community impact and environmental justice assessments. Coordinate project delivery and author work with multi-disciplinary internal teams and subcontractors, manage TDOT and other agency task orders, and ensure compliance with federal FHWA/FTA requirements.

•Lead environmental constraints identification and impact analyses, preparing NEPA documents such as community impact assessments and environmental justice analyses.
•Manage delivery of TDOT and other agency on-call task orders and federally funded projects through local governments.
•Author and manage environmental compliance and permitting deliverables in coordination with multi-disciplinary internal teams and subcontractors.
•Apply transportation project delivery requirements, including FHWA and FTA requirements, to support successful project execution.

•Ability to travel periodically to client and project sites across Tennessee, including overnight stays.
