Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure HR day-to-day operations are efficient and compliant across the organization.
  • •Prepare and maintain offers, contracts, and addendums in line with local legislation.
  • •Respond to employee and partner requests via the ticketing system, including reporting and updates.
  • •Maintain accurate HR data changes and absences within the HR system, and manage documentation audits.
  • •Track global mobility movements, support background screening mitigation, and handle audit/authority requests.
