Key Responsibilities

  • •Support a team helping clients trade globally with working capital and risk management solutions.
  • •Learn trade cycles, payments, documentation, and risk concepts, and follow deals from start to finish.
  • •Help manage risk by using tools to identify and address operational and reputational issues.
  • •Assist with trade operations such as Letters of Credit and maintaining trade transaction records, timelines, and currency movements.
  • •Support compliance checks including sanctions screenings and anti-money laundering (AML), and help with trade documentation and reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Available to work full time for 10 weeks commencing May 2027
  • •Expected to graduate between November 2027 and July 2028
  • •Have obtained, or expect to achieve, a minimum GPA of 4.0/5.0 or 3.2/4.0 (or overseas equivalent)
  • •Fluent in English
  • •Visa sponsorship may be required (HSBC will consider candidates that require visa sponsorship)
