Job Summary

Associate Manager in our luxury retail team drives a premium client experience, builds strong client relationships, and leads sales performance. You’ll coach and develop store staff, champion brand standards, and work toward KPIs (conversion, DPT, UPT, data capture) while enabling growth opportunities in a fast-paced, luxury environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics inclusive of conversion, DPT, UPT and Client Data Capture.
•Display initiative, plan and prioritize, think strategically, and champion change within the store while taking pride in work and meeting deadlines.
•Train and develop store associates through roleplay and coaching; monitor and assist with quarterly personal development goal setting.
•Provide coaching and feedback using a 360-degree approach; be open to feedback from supervisors, peers and team.
•Foster a strong client experience by maintaining effective communication, collaboration and ethical conduct; support visual merchandising and adherence to brand standards.
