Build and maintain client relationships by proactively engaging customers in-person, by appointment, and virtually. Assess customer banking needs, gather and process account information, and educate clients on deposit and loan products. Recommend solutions aligned to each customer’s goals, open new accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications. Use a digital-first approach and collaborate with branch partners to deliver an accurate, optimal client experience.
