Own and resolve complex firewall, VPN, routing, and connectivity incidents within L2 scope, coordinate onboarding, and manage firewall rule changes and lifecycle activities. Provide advanced operational support for Palo Alto and Fortinet deployments, analyze security/network events, document processes, and mentor L1 engineers.
